Steven Sewald is a licensed, independent Medicare agent who has dedicated his career to helping older adults make informed healthcare decisions. Before focusing on Medicare, Steven worked in roles that required careful listening, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to customer service. Over time, he saw how overwhelming Medicare could feel for seniors and their families—and how much relief the right guidance could provide.
That experience led him to create Heart 2 Heart Senior Advisors, a practice built around one-on-one education and ongoing support. Instead of pushing a single company or type of plan, Steven represents multiple insurance carriers and takes the time to compare options with you.

Every client’s situation is unique, but our process is designed to keep things simple and comfortable:

- Education and options: Steven explains how Medicare works and reviews the types of coverage available to you, such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Part D prescription drug plans.
- Customized comparison: Together, you review plan options from multiple insurance carriers to see how they line up with your needs and preferences.
- Enrollment support: When you are ready, Steven helps you enroll through the official Medicare or plan enrollment platforms, so you stay in control and fully understand what you are choosing.
- Ongoing support and reviews: After enrollment, you can reach out with questions, and Steven encourages annual reviews to confirm your plan is still a good fit as your needs or plan offerings change.
Meetings are available throughout Colorado by phone or video, with in-person meetings available when appropriate. The pace is always set by you, and there is never any obligation to enroll in a plan.
Heart 2 Heart Senior Advisors serves Medicare-eligible adults and their families across Colorado. We are a good fit if you are:

As an independent agent, Steven works with multiple insurance companies. Recommendations are based on your doctors, prescriptions, and preferences—not on which carrier pays the highest commission. If a plan is not in your best interest, he will tell you that, even if it means recommending that you stay where you are.
During your consultation, Steven is happy to answer questions about how he is paid and which carriers he represents so you can feel fully comfortable with the process.
